Forensic & Trauma Cleanup
Respectful cleanup after unattended deaths, suicides, and accidents, including complete odor removal.
Losing someone is hard enough. When a death goes unnoticed for some time, or happens through suicide or an accident, the cleanup involves biological hazards and odors that soak deep into the home.
Our team handles forensic and trauma cleanup with patience and respect. We remove every trace of the biohazard, eliminate the odor at its source, and handle personal belongings with care so the home can be lived in, sold, or rented again.

Before we arrive
What to do right now
- Do not enter or try to clean the area yourself.
- Keep windows and doors to the area closed until we arrive.
- Do not use air fresheners or foggers. They can set odors deeper.
- Call us when you are ready. We can work with the estate or the property manager directly.
Forensic & Trauma Cleanup FAQ
Questions we hear most.
01 Can decomposition odor really be removed?
Yes, when the source is fully removed. Odor comes from fluids that soak into flooring, subfloor, and walls. We remove those materials, clean and seal what remains, and use odor-control equipment to finish the job.
02 Will you work with a landlord, estate, or property manager?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with landlords, executors, and property managers, and we can handle access and billing directly with them.
03 What happens to personal belongings?
Items that are not affected are protected or moved. Affected items are cleaned when possible, and nothing of value is thrown away without your approval.
04 Is trauma cleanup covered by insurance?
Many homeowners policies cover trauma and unattended death cleanup. We provide documentation for your claim and can talk with your insurer.
