About Premier
Family-owned. Built for the hard calls.
Premier Environmental Services takes on the jobs most contractors walk away from, and handles them with the same care we would want for our own families.
Our story
Where cleanup meets restoration.
Premier Environmental Services is the environmental remediation sister company of Premier Restoration Services, a family-owned insurance restoration contractor based in Loudoun County, Virginia. Our restoration work kept running into the same problem: before anything could be rebuilt, someone had to deal with asbestos in a fire-damaged ceiling, mold behind a wet wall, or a biohazard no one should have to see.
So we built a team to handle that work directly, with the training, containment, and equipment it requires. Today we serve homeowners, property managers, businesses, and insurance professionals across Northern Virginia from our office in Sterling.
As a smaller, family-run company, you work directly with the people who own it. We answer the phone 24/7, we explain what we find in plain language, and we stand behind every job.
What we stand for
How we work.
- 01
Compassion
People call us on some of the worst days of their lives. We show up with patience and respect, every time.
- 02
Follow-through
We do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it. No excuses and no exceptions.
- 03
Safety first
Containment, protective equipment, and clearance are not optional. Your family, your tenants, and our crew deserve that.
- 04
Advocacy
We document thoroughly and work for you, not as an insurer’s “preferred vendor,” so your claim reflects the real scope of the damage.
